This Is What a Fit Chef Eats for Breakfast
Claim to Fame: Coombs is a chef and partner at some of the best-known—and most indulgent—restaurants in Boston: Deuxave, Boston Chops, and Dbar. When he’s not whipping up French fare, he works out with a trainer five or six days a week.
What He Ate: Coombs goes big for breakfast, tucking into a ham, broccoli, and mushroom omelet. On the side, he also has sweet potatoes, avocado, and cottage cheese with berries, plus coffee.
